We’ve discontinued our paper dunnage air bags and now offer a stronger, more economical poly woven option.
These bags provide the same secure load protection with added durability, moisture resistance, and lower overall cost.

Each poly woven bag is built with a rugged woven polypropylene shell and airtight liner that holds up under long hauls, vibration, and humidity. They’re lighter, take up less space in shipping, and fit more per box which lowers freight and storage costs while improving handling.
Use them to secure palletized loads inside trailers, containers, or railcars and prevent product shift during transit.

Inflate the Right Way:
How to: Install

Dunnage Air Bag system

Economical

  • The dunnage airbag will provide savings when compared to other bracing techniques. Your dollar savings can be easily calculated and compared with other systems or freight claim records. Although not all loads are the same, it is not unusual to use a single dunnage air bag to brace an entire load.

Protection

  • Reduces or eliminates longitudinal movement of cargo
Load shifting is the largest cause of transit damage. By effectively bracing the load in place, damage is eliminated. Using a dunnage air bag illustrates to your customer you care that your load arrive safely.

Easy

  • Does Not Require Skilled Labor
In some plants, highly-paid labor is required to install wood bracing. With the dunnage air bag system, the lift truck operator or checker can be utilized to install the dunnage air bag and buffer material.
  • Easily Deflated and Removed
By opening the valve, the bag will deflate and can be removed immediately. No need to remove wood bracing from trailer floors or paper and adhesive from trailer walls. This will save your customer valuable time and space.
  • Ease and Speed of Application
The dunnage air bags can be installed in a few minutes with a little physical labor involved. Compressed air does most of the work. The only equipment necessary is the air hose and inflator tool.

Dunnage Air Bags for every type of shipment:

Level 1

Level 1 poly woven dunnage bags are commonly used in truck shipments.
They secure the load by locking the last two or four pallets from the door to the sides of the trailer, creating frictional drag that keeps the load from shifting.

Level 2

Level 2 bags are used for heavier truck or light intermodal loads.
They can be positioned in multiple areas to lock the load securely and prevent side-to-side movement.

Level 3

Level 3 poly woven bags are used in rail or intermodal shipments where added strength and stability are needed.
These bags can be used for bracing loads lengthwise or crosswise in containers and boxcars.

Level 4

Level 4 poly woven dunnage bags are designed for the heaviest applications, including rail shipments that require high pressure and maximum strength.
They provide secure bracing for dense or high-value cargo under demanding conditions.

Various Levels

Intermodal may require a variety of different sizes and plys.
This will vary by the products and means of transportation.
